Spirit of the community
TheDonald.org hosts a supporter-oriented community for news, history, policy discussion, and civic participation. Disagreement is allowed; abuse is not.
Required conduct
- Follow applicable law.
- Be truthful about your identity to the extent required by account features; do not impersonate officials or the site.
- Label satire and humor clearly when it could be mistaken for a factual claim.
- Respect moderation decisions and appeal through provided channels rather than evasion.
Prohibited content
- Credible threats, incitement of violence, or glorification of unlawful violence.
- Doxxing, stalking, or sharing others’ private personal information without authorization.
- Child sexual exploitation material or any sexual content involving minors.
- Malware, phishing, scam schemes, and fraudulent crowdfunding.
- Spam, vote brigading tools, coordinated inauthentic amplification, and deceptive bots.
- Unlawful discrimination that targets protected classes in ways that violate applicable law or these rules.
- Content that knowingly impersonates government agencies or implies official endorsement by Donald J. Trump, a campaign, or the White House.
User-generated content license
By posting content, you grant TheDonald.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and distribute your content on the service and in related communications (such as digests), for as long as needed to operate the platform. You retain ownership of your content subject to this license and applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to post the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
Moderation
Moderators may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or escalate for legal review. Actions may be logged. Enforcement may be imperfect; consistency is a goal, not a guarantee of identical outcomes in every case.
Events and directory disclaimers
Community events are organized by users or partners unless expressly stated otherwise. Attendance is at your own risk. Business directory listings are informational and not endorsements of quality, legality, or political authorization.
