By accessing or using TheDonald.org, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies they reference, including the Privacy Policy and Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Independence and no endorsement

TheDonald.org is an independent community website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Donald J. Trump, the White House, the Trump Organization, any political campaign, Truth Social, Reddit, the former r/The_Donald community, TheDonald.win, Patriots.win, or their owners.

Nothing on this site is an official government communication.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum-age requirements we publish. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

License to use the site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly allow otherwise. You may not scrape at abusive rates, bypass technical controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or misuse the service.

User content

You retain ownership of content you post, subject to the license described in Community Rules. We may remove content that violates these Terms or law. You are solely responsible for your content.

Intellectual property

Site branding, original design, software, and curated compilations are protected by intellectual property laws. Official government works may be public domain or subject to specific reuse rules; their appearance here does not change their original status. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or complete coverage of events.

Policy trackers, promise trackers, summaries, and community posts are informational tools and may lag or contain errors.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEDONALD.ORG AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US$10) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheDonald.org and its operators from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Venue and jurisdiction details may be updated after attorney review.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
